I have purchased th home theatre system on 8th Oct 2011 from Girias,Banglore showroom. Once connected the system at home, I came to know that the rear speakers are not functioning and I registered a call (#684807) with Philips customer care on 13th Oct 2011. On 15th Oct 2011 the philips technician came to my home and checked the product and found that the problem is with the hometheatre board . I requested him to replace the product as I hardly used the system and just 5 days from the date of the purchase I registered the complaint as well. He told me that he will report the same to the management and get it done. But even after repeated calls to the customer care the issue is not addressed and the customer care executives do not have any clue on what is happening regarding the issue.
