Product is not working proper.

I had purchased PHILIPS JMG 500W HL1632 from CROMA Crown Interiorz, 12/7 , Mathura road national highway Faridabad, Haryana, Ph: 0129-4143800 on dated 08/02/2009, Invoice number 118-37746 against 1 Year warranty (AK4023) & 2 Years extended warranty (WE2025). I had logged complaint approx 4 - 5 month ago and they said that bring product at our service centre which was 12 km from our residence whereas CROMA was said that we will give service at CROMA Crown Interiorz, 12/7 , Mathura road national highway Faridabad, Haryana at the time of purchasing the product. Then I requested, so they agreed to receive the product at CROMA, Crown Interiorz. When I took the product at CROMA, they did not accepted product there. So I came back.

After some month, I had bring product at Philips authorised service station (Sai service center, Ph: 0129-4140525), opposite Champion Jim at Old Faridabad on dated 21 Dec-2011. I had shown product to him and discussed. Then they said me that logg a complain to CROMA Extended warranty customer care. Then We will repair the product free of cost. So I complain there against complain no. 31246 on dated 21 Dec-2011. CROMA Customer care said that go to Philips authorised service station (Sai service center, Ph: 0129-4140525). So I went there on 22 Dec-2011. But they refused to repair free of cost. Then we had telephone to customercare and also refused. So I came back again.

You are requested, kindly take a action against poor service and harassment.
