Dear Sir,
I have purchased Philips Multimedia speakers from Kundan Electronics Yelahanka on 22 Oct 2011.
I purchased the same under exchange of my old music system for Rs.4100/-. When I took it home and assembled the system and switched it on. For about half an hour it plays well. But after that it started a kind of buzz sound. And noise went on increasing as it was kept on for some more period.
Next day I complied the dealer (Kundan Electronics) he gave me 2 customer care number (1800-102-2929 or 1860-180-1111). I called them and lodged complaint on 28 Oct 2011, they promised me that within 48 hours the problem will be resolved, the technician will have a check. Even I got the confirmation Email for the same. But even after 4 days nobody turned up. Nobody called me or visited to resolve the problem.
Again on 3 Nov 2011 I called the same No. got the same response, same mail but till now no solution. I am really fed up with this noise. I lost my old music system which was in good condition and this new speaker making me get irritate.
