I have given my Philips TV to the authorized service centre (Adyar, Chennai) on 19th of last month after a technician inspecting the TV at my house. I visited the service centre 5 times now and called them 20 times they are not giving proper response. They have not even identified what is the problem after 20 days. This is the worst customer care by Philips. I have so many Philips products at home, now I regret for that. I will never ever buy Philips products for lifetime and I will also try to spread this message to anyone and everyone I know.

Philips Service is WORST....

I have given my Philips TV to the authorized service centre NAMED AVIAN ELECTRONICS, SHAKTI NAGAR , DELHI -11007.on 3rd of last month a technician inspected the TV at my house & he repaired it but next day the same problem in my TV started & in large amount after that i registered complaint on Philips customer care , & after 2 days delay the service center's cab came & took away my TV to service center & the promised me that my problem will be surely solved , but after 4-5 days I visited the service centre 5 times and called them 20 times they are not giving proper response infact they delivered me wrong TV set which doest not belongs to me i have checked my serial number of TV set , i also registered complainy about my missing TV set on customer care , after 2 days they delivered me my own TV set but still my technical problem has not been solved , im deeply upset with this torture of philips service center , they r making fool of customers & im one of the old customer of philips i have buy all my home products of philips but now im feeling deeply upset that i have trusted this fake & one of the worst brand , philips is now not a trustworthy brand & i wana sue them in consumer court i have all details & payment details of my TV repairing , in my view i wana suggest don't ever buy philips products because there after sale service is worst , there service centers & technician are all fake they don't know how to solve the problems.

My 29PT832169R 100 Hz had TV had gone faulty in Nov-10. For about 2 months they wre telling me that, the technicians will come home and service it. Then they told me to bring the TV to Adyar. It more than 2 months, since i had given my TV. I had visited about 7 times and would have called them N number of times. But no response. I have never seen such a worst customer care & service. Pathetic to the core. I will never ever buy Philips products & i will tell my future generations too.
