I am very disappointed with the service provided from after sales service of philips water purifier since last 15 days. (from 1st June).
I have purchased Philips water purifier on 31may 2010 & it was delayed to installed by 4 days after spending lots of time behind technician & after sales service. Finally product installed on 4 th june @ 8 pm but very next morning inlet cap cracked down & water spread everywhere in kitchen. we stopped using water purifier since that incident & register the complaint. The executives taking the call says that the service would be provided within 48 hours.
But, no service is provided as of now and when I call back and complaint about this, the executives says "its our material non availability problem and we'll rectify on 19 june only.
I still don't know when I would get the service or will get it at all or not. This is very disappointing that I have Filter at my home but drinking unhygienic water!!!
I am a man with family & 2 of them are senior citizen under treatment & need more pure water.
Hence, I would appreciate if you take prompt action on my complaint.
