I bought 2 polar fan on 2/10/2009... now one of my fan is not working .. as per dealer

there is 1 year warranty period.. i contacted dealer but dealer has given me only Polar customer care no and asked to call me.. Dealer said they can not do any thing..

I called them and logged the complain too but they are not bother to rectify the problem.

Once they visited my premises and left saying that they need some parts to replace and

after that they didn't turned up at all i called them so many times but they are not

behaving in proper manner too. simply saying that they will send some but no body is

bother to rectified my problem..

Please Help Me....
