With reference to the mail on 22nd Nov’10 regarding malfunctioning of microwave and subsequent telephonic talk with Sri Ravi Sankar & Sanjay Boyer at Mumbai & Onkar Athani at Hubli, I came to know that the malfunctioning microwave is beyond repairable as the spare is not available and the cost is also too high.I appretiate the idea of offering a new microwave( model 25CJS23S) with MRP Rs 9490/- at a discounted price of Rs.5730/-. All this was on 25th Nov’10.
Again as per subsequent telephonic talk with Sri Athani of Hubli, I came to know that stock of the suggested model was not available at Hubli.When contacted to Sanjay Boyer he informed that the said model is being dispatched from Pune and is expected to reach within day or two to Hubli but the same is not been updated to Mr Athani of Hubli.
Now after almost 10 days from all the above discussions, I am sorry to say that there is no further progess & nobody is willing to take the responsibility but only giving some lay excuses.So after buying Onida microwave 2 years back and ready to spend Rs 5730/- again, I am left with no oven for the last 2 months. What a fate?
In this regard,I want to know when I will get my microwave oven as you will agree that microwave oven is an useful essential commodity and my family is facing immense problem without it. I want an immediate follow up in this matter and expect my problem will be solved within next one week.
