Dear Sir / Madam

I'm from Chennai and I own a Aqua Sure (Crystal) model Water Purifier. I have a logged a complaint for the replacement of Candles ( which was due for replacement by 7/5/2011) and the water output is BROWN in Color on Nov 13th 2011. The call reference number is 86182475. I have been trying to reach the Customer Support, everytime I get a response it will the attended in 2 days but NO RESPONSE as on date. I have even reached to Chennai Service Head Mr.Saravanan, who promised to fix the issue at the earliest but in vain.
I request you to kindly treat the case as an emergency and fix the same at the earliest.
