Dear Sir,
I hv purchased a Kent RO[/B] water purifier three years ago, the m/c is under service contract till 13.03.2013. For laast 45 days we are suffering & the service provider is not paying proper attention. Sometimes they are closing complaints without solving the problem. Till date the problem is remain unresolved and the water purifier producing salty water with TDS > 650.
We have purchased the RO m/c as my son has suffered from multiple drug resistant typhoid and doc. advised us to be particular about quality of water. During the last 45 days I have been forced to purchase purified water from outside and incurred financial loss in addition to my mental agony .
My demand is the organisation must repair / replace the water purifier immediately and refund me the expenses towards purchasing purified water for last 45 days @ Rs. 70/- per day. ( we need 20ltr water per day ) .
