I have bought a Sansui LCD from BIG BAZAAR on 6th June 2010 and have registered for LCD Demo and Wall Fixing on 7th of June 2010, with Installation No AHM 0706100192 since then I have numerous calls to their call centre number 39404040 but there has been no action taken till date every time I have called since 7th June 2010 they have informed that their system is down.

I have written mail to their customer care but the reply I have received was vague as it is generic with no specific date for providing me solution.....I am going trough lot of mental harrasment since I have bought the LCD.

I request you to kindly help me in getting the solution to my problem.

Dear Sir,

i have purchased 32 inch LCD from your company be fore three month and two time my lcd not worked first time dealer to change lcd but second time i have many call in costumer care.
but no response till now.very shameless dealing. i have bill and guarantee card now if your company no action than i will go consumer form court.
my LCD work should be on Monday. because im boring after expanse my money.
