Hi,
I had purchased a Whirlpool 220L Elite model fridge. On the 2nd of June 2010 I had made a complaint at your call centre in pune at Tel No 9225524242 complaint no PN0610000845 regarding the door problem of my fridge. But I got no response from your service centre. I again made a call at your call centre on the 5th of June 2010 on the 7th of June 2010 a company representative visited our place, told us that the door plastic cover need to be changed took the size and promised it to be repaired within 5 days with a charge of 285/- for service and round about 300/- for the plastic panel.
But till date no response from the service centre, I had made many call to the call centre also.
The service engineer whose mobile no is 9326088605 on a telephonic call on the 15th July 2010 told us that the parts are not available and it cannot be repaired the only solution is to purchase a new fridge.

The fridge which is in working condition and can be repaired in Rs 600/- only. , because of door panel we do not find it right to purchase a new fridge which

The service engineer also told us to call the company.
Kindly help us in this matter and take serious action against such service tech.
