I had purchased a cooker in mid-december 2011, and it was faulty.
I informed the Customer care and they asked me to give it back for checking.
After checking once, they said that problem is corrected, but it was not.

So, they asked me give it back again. I have been waiting for about 2 months now and they just keep on giving me fake dates about when I will get a replacement back.

Please suggest what can I do?
