Respected Sir,

This is written complaint about the Prestige dealer based at Malviya Nagar.I have purchased Induction cook-top (Model PIC 4.0) from Kay Pee Cookeries on Oct 23rd 2011 who is authorized dealer at Lucknow. Since it was giving problem and was under warranty period I took the machine to Prestige dealer based at Malviya Nagar as it is close to my residential area at Delhi. I was told by the dealer that you can put the machine and accordingly we will call service center at Kriti Nagar to collect the same from the shop. It is almost 10 days from Jan 1st. To my surprise he did not issued me the receiving slip. Yesturday I called the shop and was informed to collect the same. I went there after my office hours and was surprised to see that my appliance is still not working. When I asked him for the reason the dealer shouted on me and literally insulted me. It was around 7:45 pm. To you surprise he quoted following:

a) Don’t speak to me. If you have any issue then call service center.
b) We cannot tell you the time. It can take 1month, 3 months or even six months.
c) You want to safe 1000 bucks and want us to follow the same with service center. We will call you when it will be done.

The dealer literally misbehaved.He could have informed me to take the appliance to Kriti Nagar Cervice Center? Why I was informed that I can collect the same. It is solved?

I am totall pissed off from the rude and arrogant behavior of that dealer. I am surprised how that person is issued the dealership of such prestigious company.

I am only a customer and is this the way we should be treated. Don’t we expect good service? Or Prestige company motto is to sell products and is least concerned about the customer issues. No customer is a fool who will pay under warranty period.

My only issue is this is no way a dealer who is representing such brand behaves with customers. I want apology from Prestige company especially from that stupid dealer. He even said leave the shop or I will slap you?

I expect a speedy response from your end. Please take action against that dealer/prestige company.
