Dear Sir,

I am sending this complaint on behalf of Customer. I am one of the Prestige Pressure Cooker dear from Ahmedabad.

In Prestige cooker it is clearly mention on the box and instruction manual that “Only Prestige Offers 10 Years Warranty, Inclusive of Base”

Now I got the information from one of the distributors that if base is being taken out from the cooker due to customer mistake then customer has to pay 50% Charge of MRP.

Now my question is

1. How to calculate 50% Charge (On MRP or Dealer Price)?
2. If Gasket is not their while giving it to the Distributor then 50% Charge + Gasket cost?

I worte this mail to Prestige Customer care any 2 reminders also after sending mail, but i am not getting any reply from them.

Please help because customer is suffring in it and paying more than 70% Charge
