Despite complaint made to customerservices@orientfans.com there is no response from them. We bought 2 Orient PSPO Energy Saver(?) fans from Mumbai dealer shop just last week. After installation we had to raise complaints as the fans produce noise disturbing our sleep. They sent a man from the third party service agent of Orient. He confirmed the fault and instructed for a replacement. After this there is no reply or response from anyone.

This is the reason I approach Consumer forum to resolve. We have bought headache in the name of Orient Fans PSPO.
