We have purchased split LG Airconditioner ( 1.5 ton ) from Kohinoor Electronics in Kandivali on the 3rd May 2010 . However within 15 days the same has stopped functioning. On calling the LG toll free number , the engineer comes checks the AC & tells us the same is due to gas leak due to faulty installation done by LG people & gas needs to be filled into the tank once again . After that there is no one showing face from LG . The online complaint system is a total sham which does not work

As consumers we dont want any unknown people coming to our place to install the Ac we could have had it done from our local guy but LG refuses warranty when a 3rd party touches the AC & their people dont show face !!!!!

If this is the kind of service provided by branded companies " Life is certainly not good "

Its my request please do not buy LG products
