Hi, I had made a complaint(102212208) on 12th of MAY2010 with regards to a faulty battery which was replaced by the technician one month ago, the customer care informed me that it will be replaced with 48hrs, but still I am waiting for them today is the 12th day. the tech Mr. RINKU from JALARAM AGENCY CHEMBUR. came to my place and he filled a FOC form and promised me thta he wil come with 3 working days, and still he is coming from another world, I spoke to a sr. EXECUTIVE Mr. KRISHA, that what they say that they r the manager for escalation, who promised that my issue will be resolved 24hrs that was on 15th May2010, no show, they I called again C.Care and spoke to a very Sr. Manager MR. ABDUL. I dont how Sr he is, who promissed me that he will replace the battery with a DAY. and still he is sending the battery from space. HUL IS JUST FOOLING THE CUSTOMER BU SENDING THE FAULTY BATTERY AND EARNIMG PROFITS, I SHOULD SAY THEY R CHEATER, THEY R CHEATING THE CUSTOMERS AND EARING PROFIT, SO DEAR FRIEDNS THICH TWICE BEFORE BUYING HUL PRODUCTS. MY COMPAINT NUMBER IS 102212208. NOW I DONT HAVE ANY OPTION BUT TO GO TO COMSUMER COURT.
