    Thumbs down Pureit faulty battery

    Hi, I had made a complaint(102212208) on 12th of MAY2010 with regards to a faulty battery which was replaced by the technician one month ago, the customer care informed me that it will be replaced with 48hrs, but still I am waiting for them today is the 12th day. the tech Mr. RINKU from JALARAM AGENCY CHEMBUR. came to my place and he filled a FOC form and promised me thta he wil come with 3 working days, and still he is coming from another world, I spoke to a sr. EXECUTIVE Mr. KRISHA, that what they say that they r the manager for escalation, who promised that my issue will be resolved 24hrs that was on 15th May2010, no show, they I called again C.Care and spoke to a very Sr. Manager MR. ABDUL. I dont how Sr he is, who promissed me that he will replace the battery with a DAY. and still he is sending the battery from space. HUL IS JUST FOOLING THE CUSTOMER BU SENDING THE FAULTY BATTERY AND EARNIMG PROFITS, I SHOULD SAY THEY R CHEATER, THEY R CHEATING THE CUSTOMERS AND EARING PROFIT, SO DEAR FRIEDNS THICH TWICE BEFORE BUYING HUL PRODUCTS. MY COMPAINT NUMBER IS 102212208. NOW I DONT HAVE ANY OPTION BUT TO GO TO COMSUMER COURT.

I HAD A WORD WITH THIS RINKU SAHAB AND HE SPOKE AS IF HE IS THE BOSS OF HUL, HE SAID IN ATTITUDE " JAB BATTERY AYEGA TAB REPLACE KARENGA", THIS KIND OF PERSON ARE HIRED BY A REPUTED FIRM LIKE HUL I spoke to a sr.     Default Pureit Battery complaint

    I had my pureit battery kit replaced one and a half months back for Rs. 550 and now water is not being filtered at all. I was advised to clean the carbon filter once every week and I did it regularly. But now it has come down to cleaning the filter twice a day if I have to get atleast 2 litres of water. This is very irritating and meaningless. Please make arrangements to rectify the problem or else please take the whole unit away. i am sick of hearing your call centre answers. Please contact me on 9446345534 (Kerala).

    I would like to congratulate the pureit team for their immediate remedial action. It's really good to know that they are serious about their business. The problem has been rectified today itself and I hope the quality of the spare parts used will be maintained upto mark as well as the service will be made more efficient. Thank you.

    Default Complaint Against. Pure It (The Big Cheaters)

    Hi, I have purchased a Pure It. Water purifire on 20/08/2010. after two month i call to pure it. for order a pure it Germkill battery. the technicion from pure it came to my house & he deliverd the battery without bill & recieve payout from my anty who is uneducated. after two days we noticed that battery was leaked & machine not working properly there is smell in water. means company supplied us a faulty or damaaged batterry. I had made a complaint about it. with regards to a faulty battery which was replaced by the technician , the customer care informed me that it will be replaced with 48hrs, but still I am waiting for them today approx 9 month passed away. the tech Mr. Anoop from Pure it. came to my place and he ask for Pure it bill copy.he promised me that he wil come with 3 working days, and still he is coming from another world, I spoke to a sr. EXECUTIVE Mr. Saikh, that what they say that they r the manager for escalation, who promised that my issue will be resolved 24hrs that was on May2010, no show, then I called again C.Care and spoke to a very Sr. Manager . I dont know how Sr he is, who promissed me that he will replace the battery with a DAY. and still he is sending the battery from space.
