Respected Sir,

We have brought Pureit machine from Dealer of Hindustan Unilever ltd.(SAFE WATERZONE, wz40/2 meenakshi garden,tilak ngr.).At the time of purchase they promise us for 2250ltrs.after 1.5 month its candle signal shows red. when we did complaint against this, they said you have to pay full amount we cannot do anything, we are 4 members in the family and us 3 are working, so,can it possible.They give us deffinately used machine. We are totally halpless nobody is listening us. This machine is very lucrative in this sense.Kindly help us in this matter.
