I am very disappointed with the service provided to me with in last 15 days. (from 1st June).

My Purit filer needs a replacement of "GKB Battery" and I am calling the Pureit Support Centre since last 15 days. The executives taking the call says that the service would be provided within 48 hours.
But, no service is provided as of now and when I call back and complaint about this, the executives says "its our technical problem and we'll try to make within next 48 hours".
Again the service is not provided. When I ask their SLA, they don't know about it. When I ask to connect me to their Manager, they just disconnect the call.

I still don't know when I would get the service or will get it at all or not. This is very disapponiting and very unhygienic to drink unpure water even if I have Filter at my home.
I am sure that you must be aware of the quality of water supplied in areas of Delhi. I am a man with family and because of the BAD service I am not being able to have hygienic water to drink for
my family.

I want the battery to be replaced ASAP and hence I would appreciate if you take prompt action on my complaint.
