I purchased the above unit few years back. About a month back I had the entire unit serviced by their Pune Branch Office. Today (19-06-2010) I was astonished to find hundreds of ant look-like creatures moving freely inside the purified water chamber. Its like tiny fish moving freely inside the chamber breathing oxygen. I am scared that these objects must have entered our body live. I called Pureit water purifier (Hindustan unilever Limited) but no senior person is coming forward to accept my complaints and have left the matter to their staff who are not well trained to understand my complaint. I need people to know at large to stay away from this purifier till such times certain rectification have been made by the company for total protection of getting clean drinking water.
