the pureit personell from the local branch, kukatpally, hyderabad while fixing the polisher broke the unit that holds the polisher in place. he refuses to replace the unit though he was responsible for breakage. his dealership refuses to replace the unit too. conumer care executives at pureit care less. they promptly take the complaint and reply by SMS that their personell are unable to trace my house address. is there justice i India???
