Kindly be informed that we had purchased 2 Gysers from M/S Gagan Enterprises Sector 28 Market Faridabad in the year 2009.
One unit stopped working last week and a complaint was put up vide your complain number 226.
Your Engineers turned up yesterday and told my wife that the Filament and Thermostat are not working and need to be replaced. They charged Rs 1395 from my wife and neither did hand over the replaced parts. The Gyser could not be checked by my wife in presence of your engineers as there was no power at that time.
Later when the Gyser was put on by my wife yet it did not start and when she checked the socket and found that there was no electricity coming in that point. There was no problem actually in the Gyser yet your people charged Rs 1395, vide their Bill No. 1969 Rohan Services, on pretext of having replaced the said components even though it was not required. Though your people claim that components were really replaced why the salvage was not handed over immediately to my wife and is beyound our understanding.
You are requested to depute some one to come and physically check that the parts for which amount has been charged have actually been replaced as there was no need for the same and why the salvage was not handed over. We have serious concern over the way the things have been handled and feel utterly cheated.
Kindly arrange for the refund of Rs1395.00 immediately as nothing has been replaced in the gyser as the problem was with the electric supply to the unit from electric terminal and your engineer seem to lack complete technical know how.
Look forward to hear from you per return mail lest it would be escalated to next level.
We will not start the Gyser till you send some one from your company to vindicate the action.
