I have purchased a Morphy Richard S 701 EGT Electric Rice cooker with item code as ITM-001307 and Invoice No. 0070008693 and TIN No. 28960106639 on March 8 2010. The Company provides a 2 years Guarantee . When I reached the RK's Chandanagar. The manager was talking rubbish and threw the bill away saying that, he will not provide the service.

I request the court to take the necessary action on these retailers who will speak loyally when they sell the product and speak violently when we ask for service. These Retailers should take care of the goods they sold and should provide the necessary service to the customer.

I request the court to punish the RK's Electronics in chandanagar such that they do not cheat any others.

I have purchased sony 32 inches LCD from RK chandanagar branch and my experience has been very Bad.t Gopi –sales incharge @ Chandanagar branch is behaving very rudely with customers.
He is also miscommunicating and delaying the delivery. chandanagar branch and RK as whole might get bad name due to this kind of service.
I have been Old customer of RK and made purchases in Karkhana and Chikadpally earlier so based on previous experience I have visited RK again.
But never expected this kind of treatment. Please do take action against him
