One COMPRESSOR THK 1340 Sr No. 64F16101A114208B was supplied and installed on my Refrigerator by M/s SHEETAL TARANG, Bharadwaj sadan, Tansen Road, GWALIOR-474002 (M.P)
(Phone No. 0751 2380325 (Mob. 9425112351) vide their Cash momo No. 484 dated 10.11.2010 for Rs 3250/-. Supplier had given Warrantee for the product for a period of 17 months as per cash memo.But unfortunately the Compressor became defective on 11.4.2011 and I complainted them to get the defective Compressor replaced. At that time they sent their representative Mr. Kamal jain to attend the complaint, and then Kamal jain advised me to get Gas filled again in the Compressor and I agreed for the same and then he emptied the Gas from the Compressor and filled again Gas and charged Rs 500/- (Receipt is shown on the cash memo).
After the filling of Gas on Compressor, it was not working and I again complainted them to replace the compressor. At that time Kamal jain told me to get the THERMOSTAT replacement, for this also I paid Rs 300/- (Now, on the compressor I have spent total Rs 4050/-) Apart from the above, the Old complressor which was already on my refrigerator, was taken by the Representative with him.

But after doing all these, Compressor supplied by them could not work for single day, and my Refrigerator is lying idle till today, i.e. from 11.4.2011, and the supplier is not giving any response to my complaint, i.e. the Compressor Replacement.

Please advise me what I have to do to get my Money of Rs 4050/ - alongwith with old compressor of my Refrigerator.
