I am really very disappointed with Samsung services…I have given the complaint for remote not working on 10th April 10 but still no resolution found..

Despite of several reminders and calls no one is able to give the resolution. Its almost two month over but still waiting for resolution.

I have also talked with Mr. Pramod Sharma (Samsung Service Center) and he told me remote will be replaced with in a week. I have made at least 15 to 20 call to your call center and Service Center but no once is still giving the proper feedback..



Please do the needful on urgent basis..
