Hi, I would like share my experience with Reliance Digital with the following mails I wrote to them.

Hello,

This is not very long since I did the complain as mentioned in below mail, today again reliance has repeated the disgusting service.
This has proven that it cannot improve and must not be trusted.

It was my fault that I did the purchase from reliance again if after such a disgusting experience. And I feel this was my last purchase in Relaince Digital.

I had bought as refrigerator yesterday and I was promised delivery today 1st May. Bu till now I have not got the delivery.
I am not frustrated by the delay but with 3rd class service and nonsense excuses.

Here is the series of events which happened

- Called up Reliance Digital Shipra Mall Customer care to check the status of my delivery. First of number is mostly busy. And if it rings some gentlemen picks up and hangs it up again. And phone is busy.
- After around 50 attempts I was successful in getting connected to Customer Care. I spoke to Abhay and he told me that he would check the status from godown and call me back. He never called me back.
- After about 1 hour I got call from godown and he told me that he was calling me since morning and I did not answer. But there are no signs of missed calls in my phone. That means he was speaking Utter Nonsense.
- He told me that product would get delivered by 7-9 pm.
- When delivery was not done by promised time I again called customer care and took ph no of driver. Driver told me that vehicle was punctured, then he told vehicle was overloaded, and he was distributing load in multiple vehicles and would reach by 10 pm
- When called at 10 pm he said he cannot deliver today as vehicle has gone back. And again some SHIT reason.


This long mail shows how much frustrated I am with reliance digital. And I would definitely share this sweet experience with my friends and in different consumer forums so that other customers can get benefited.

In the end I would say this is one of the worst customer service experience I ever had.

Hello,

I had purchased Career A/C from Reliance Digital, Shipra Mall, Gzb on 05/05/10.
As per Service Contract I should be getting 3 free services in a year.

But its been almost a year and I have not received even a single service, despite of multiple calls. I always get appointment but no one comes.
This is the Worst Customer Service I have ever experienced. This is really very Disgusting and Pathetic service.
I am very much disappointed and perhaps this is the last time I purchased anything from Reliance Digital.
