Repairing of washing Machine

Dear sir, Dt.28.06.2010
I have purchased a washing machine from your company on 29.06.2009 of model no.KWM68TW which is brakedown from last one month. I have complaned on 23.05.2010 and complane no is 232623. I have contact by phone to your customar care executive and service manager at several time for repairing the machine as it is in the guarantee period but no proper action are taken.
Kindly take necessary action please.
