I Purchased samsung A/C of 2 Ton dated 3.5.2009 from NEXT Retail shop, Vikaspuri. After 1 year the A.C become out of order. On Complaint AC was got repaired at the service center of the company on dated 24.8.2010 on payment of Rs 3963/- but the AC was not giving proper cooling and there was lot of noise and Bubling in AC due to Compressor and level of noise is so much high that i could not sleep properly.
Thereafter complaint was made time to time but company has not take any action and Engineer Gurpreet Singh told us after inspection of AC and fix a piece of paper in AC and told us after 15 to 20 days Compressor
of the AC will be OK but no efect was observed.
Complaint made on 12.10.2010 and 29.10.2010 to company customer care wide complaint No. 8416587662 but no action has been taken by the company since last year. Now, i made complaint on 1st, 4th and 7th of June 2011 to customer care wide complaint no. 8422163457 but no action has been taken by the company to replace the compressor of the AC resulting which i being a Sr. Citizen facing very much difficulty to face such Hot Days and can't sleep.
So pls. it is requested to look into the matter on priority basis due to summer season.
