. Applicant Rinku Sinha is the resident of 101-A, AG STAFF QUARTERS, TYPE-III, MANGALWARI BAZAR, SADAR, and NAGPUR.
2. Applicant had purchased one refrigerator ICEMAGIC 260 Liters, of WHIRLPOOL SERIAL NO INA024803554, MODAL No. WRBJ 2G1J28 on 11.05.2007 from authorized dealer AK GANDHI MARKETING PVT.LIMITED, 33 YESHWANT STADIUM DHANTOLI, NAGPUR (MAHARASHTRA)

Applicant paid total amount of Rs.11000/- as the cost of this refrigerator (Rs.5000/00 as cash vide receipt no.90947 dated 10/05/2007 bearing customer code no.S-00236, and rest of the amount of Rs.6000/- through cheque, (CHEQUE NO.003951 DATED 11/05/2007 on 10/05/2007 against booking no.126597, invoice no.117502 dated 11/05/2007.
4. This refrigerator having 7 Years protection plan that is purchased on 11.05.2007

5. The refrigerator was found not working on 15/06/2010.hence one complaint (COMPLAINT NO.-NP0610001835 DATED 15/06/2010) was registered with customer care tel.no.9225521212 but no one attended the problem.
6. Once again one complaint (COMPLAINT NO.-NP0710000005 DATED 01/07/2010) was registered with customer care tel.no.9225521212.
7. One Mr.Pandey, Technician visited us and checked the refrigerator and compressor and found that
the wiring of compressor is burnt and compressor has to be replaced.
8. As per the 1+6YEAR WARRANTY, this is a subject of replacement by the Dealer/Manufacturer as it is within the stipulated warranty period.
9. We have made so many calls to the customer care no.and visited the dealer but all efforts gone in vain
