I have serious concerns that I want to bring in the knowledge of senior company officials of Eureka Forbes.
The sales team has got no idea of water solution and they merely try to push some solution. I have installed a TOTAL RO and my TDS was approximately 800 beforeinstallation. Now the TDS is approx. 30. I requested him that whast the impact of having so low TDS and he said nothing. He said lower theTDSis better. Now i realise that any TDS below 100 is dangerous as required minerals are not there. Its highly sensitive matter ad company has no right to play with our life having so uneducated sales team. I am seriously planning to take this matter to consumer forum. Request senior official to address my concern before I exercise my last option.
