Respected sir/madam,
I purchased brand new whirlpool washing machine from vijay sales ahmedabad devarc mall branch at 03/06/2010 and make payment of rs15700 through debit card. they post me delivery next day and after i opening the carton i saw that the machine get damaged from bottom side. so i get camera and take pictures to send to you that whirlpool having ISI NO with GMP certified company whcih did these kind of mistake means that is the rules as per regulation of GMP are not followed by these multinational company. so i request you to advise me to do further procedure on that.
