My Name is Pradeep.am working in bangalore
My Brother name Siddganga he is driver and uneducated.
last 13th November he went for buy a lcd tv and he visited S N Home world Gollarahatti Magadi Main Road Near nice Road Bangalore 560091 Ph:-080-23580779/23580717.
the sales Representive Mr.Prabat told if u buy a Sansui Lcd Tv DTH(Dish TV) is free with 1 year Subscription and 3 months Free Activation like that and my brother purchased the Sansui Tv and he asked for DTH Service the shop manager and Sales representive told DTH is out of stock. we will send to your address like that and we waited 5 Days we not yet receive the DTH

After 5 days we called up the shop they told you have to pay 700/-Rs then only we will provide the Dish like and my brother asked its free of cost know like that the shop persons disconnected the call
Next Day my brother went direct to shop for asking that one the shop persons and representative and some persons shouted and used some bad words and my brother came back to home he informed to me

on 23rd Nov I called up the shop some one picked the call and said Manager went out side like that and i asked for Sales Rep. they told he also went for some work like that again i called up in the afternoon at 3pm some lady picked the call and she said you have to speak with our manager and again asked manager she told he went for lunch like that

Again i called up at 5pm she shouting to me.she says you have to pay the money then only we can like that.and she says you can complaint any one we cant give the materiel like that and i told i will go to consumer court or i will go to police station like that she didn't response properly.
this is the way to cheated to uneducated customer
