I bought the AC in Mar2009 from Pantaloon ezone. This year(2010) in August, I suddenly noticed that it's not cooling at all. We got one Samsung dealer to repair it and they told that the cooling gas has leaked from the pipe in the outdoor unit. This has happened because the unit is not fitted correctly. They, then repaired the leak and filled with the cooling gas. The AC worked fine for 3 days and again the same problem appeared. Now the dealer said that the leak is in the inner wire which is made f aluminum and copper. Usually this wire should be of copper and that's why we pay such a hefty price. But it seems that only Voltas , OG, Hitachi use the copper and not others. And now, it seems that the ac can not be repaired and we need to buy a new one. I feel really cheated , pls let me know how I can make either Samsung or pantaloon pay for it.
