Samsung 1.5T window AC from Croma
We got a samsung 1.5T window AC from Croma, Pacific mall Kaushambi, Ghaziabad on 20th May. Its not cooling at all since the time we installed it. We had registered a complaint on 20 Jun and given three reminders thereafter but have not yet received any response. Even the initial demonstration which should have been done never happened. Samsung has acted very callously in this matter. They gave us number of their service engineer but he does not pick up his phone. BP no. of our complaint is 8415056311.
