Dear Sir,
I, Mr.Biswadip Ganguly, Purchased a Samsung[B][B][B] LCD 22" TV on 05.07.09.
Model No.LA22A450C/MXL from TV CENTRE,Sarisapara,Chandannagore, Dist- Hooghly- 712136,West Bengal.On 08.05.10 all of a sudden, there was no picture visible.
I called up Samsung's Customer Care on the very next day i.e 09.05.10 and launched a complaint vide docket no 8410931264. After 3 days i.e on 12th instant they sent an engineer
who observed and detected the fault. The Display Panel was damaged and it has to be replaced.It was within the warranty period, therefore, it will be supplied by the company itself.They had said that the part will be supplied within 5-6 days. But till now there has been no response. Everyone from ( Delhi office,Kolkata office and Serampore office) are constantly
assuring us that the part will be sent very soon.Everyday they are saying the same but there is no progress till date.
Sir please guide me as to what I should do regarding this matter.They are simply taking no steps at all.
