via advance cheque of 40,000/- of ICICI Bank ch no 950445. We were committed of giving equipments on 23rd June 2010. On 23rd when we checked , no shop was available by that name. Their vat no is VAT : 27110768952 w.e.f 9/4/2010 . Name of owner is Mr K.D.MOORTHI and his cell no is 9975507432. Now cell is comming switched off. &
Police is not taking firs. We have become helpless in this case. Pl help. & guide us for further action.
