Hi,
I raised a service request to Samsung , but they are not responding to any calls made to them. They are simply telling when executive will be available they send to repair my New Samsung Washing Machine bought 3months ago.
This is not acceptable , if its an old one then i might have waited for the service. But a new washing machine get some problem then who is gonna take responsibility?
