Samsung ac split

i hve 1ton samsung 4star split ac. im purchase this ac before 3 mothes and before 5 day dats ac was not full cooling im start the ac bt not cooling runing only bloor im complain againts his coustmer care 1800110011 they asked me im contect 24 hr and and vist my injineer bt after 72hr not to contect me and not vist here im in very problem plzzzz help me..... plzzzzzzzzzzzz help me....
