I have purchased a 1.5T split A.C on 14th June 2009 from Reco Electronics , Durga Market , Asansol, vide invoice no.ESS/00560/09-10,MODEL AS18NBXTL. From the very begining I am facing problem with this product. Several times I had complained to the service centre and every time they come and say now it will give no problem. In last April 2010 again I had lodge a complain and this time I called the service manager Mr. Arup.He had taken prompt action that time , but again very sorry to say that now my one year warranty had expired but the problem is not solved yet. Today 14th August Again i had complained and now i have to pay ruoees four hundred plus the service charge. I am ready to pay but i want to ask you should I throw out the machine or will my problem be solved permenently. My complain no. is 8410696637
I am very much dissatisfied with SAMSUNG and I will never suggest any one to buy any product of SAMSUNG.

Dear Sir,
With reference to my earlier complain people from service centre visited my place for two days and they have charged Rs.1325/= for servicing and material on 19th.August 2010.But I am very sorry to say that the problem is still their and along with the old one a new problem started from 1st.Sept.A typical sound as if cyclone is passing by is comming from the inside unit.
Sir, I am really fedup with SAMSUNG now.I don't know what to do? I had really done a great blunder in buying a SAMSUNG product.I promise never ever to buy any product of your brand in future , nither will I recomend any body to do this mistake..
Today again I had lodged a complain vide no.8410696637.
Next I don't know what to do........
