There were two split ac and one window ac of samsung company was bought by us from vijay sales Surat.and there was a problem in one of our split ac ,there was a leakage of gas because of which efficient cooling was not done.so there was a complaint made to replace it and they promised to replace it in a week or 10 days also there was a request made to Mr hussain (head of south Gujarat) that please give us an alternate ac till our new ac comes as there was an marriage function in our house and as it was in may so we needed it because it was too hot and also these air conditioners were especially bought for that purpose but there was no positive reply.now still one and half month has passed and till this date we didn't get the split ac. so now i want you to give us justice and a positive reply as soon as possible.
