Sir/ Madam,
This is to bring to your notice that I had given the Samsung AC for servicing on 4th May 2012 (work order number: GE04D1029), and I was assured that the AC will be returned after servicing on 5th May 2012. Unfortunately, the AC has not yet been returned, causing harrasment to us.
I would like Samsung to compensate me for the harrasment caused due to-
1. Lying to customers about the return time after servicing of the product
2. Delay of more than a day during summer time.
Kindly take up the matter and request you to get my AC back after repair at the earliest.
