    Angry Samsung Customer care

    ]Hi I m Subhash
    This is regarding worst service form SAMSUNG customer care. One day because of some technical problem with my TV set I called Samsung Customer care instead of some local engineer but after putting a request call to SAMSUNG customer care some telly executive gave me assurance that some one will assist me with in 24 hrs time, after that I waited for almost 3 days time but no one bother to call me for assistance then on 4th fine day in the morning some gentlemen called me and express his wish to solve my problem immediately but in the evening I again got a call saying that he wants to take my TV motherboard to workshop for detail servicing and that fellow took my TV motherboard on 08/09/2009 after 3 days time I called that engineer to confirm the final status but again I didn't got proper reply and he asked me to wait for 2 days time. Then from 3rd day I started calling them again and again through customer care and directly also but nothing happen, every-time telly executive gave me assurance that some one will call me form workshop but still nothing positive. Today is 2/11/2010 and I am still waiting for my TV motherboard to install again but today also workshop engineer not sure about when will they finish their work, so finally they forced me to put this thing on NET. I want SAMSUNG to give me proper clarification on this for taking almost one months time and still need some extra time to repair

    Unhappy Washing machine demonstration not yet received

    Dear Sir

    I have purchased Samsung Washing Machine from TMC Home Appliances ,Tirupati ,Andhrapradesh, India

    More than 7 days Not yet received demonstration support from yours custamer service. I have asked more than 10 times to yours service centere people. they have given aswer purchase stand after i will came to you and i give demonstration. i have tell pls come give demo after i will purchase .but the people not yet come. go head any one to complaint. we are not come.

    Please send the demo video in englis language or Telugu Language to My Mail.

    Please solve my problem as early as possible.

    but the washing machines are related to ladies. the ladies are not waited more than one weak. other wise after purchase the washing delivery action give to service people. dont despatch the washing machines to customer without support of Demo.

    my name is Bhargav Nayak I am from Mehsana Gujarat.
    I have a samsung gt s3310 mobile phone since lasat 4 months . things are good but it can't support gujarati language and I need gujarati language. so what can i do to solve my problem .plz tell me.........................
    my second problem is its pc suit can't support, i install its pc suit many time by internet but it can't run sucess fully.and i bought its cd also but it is alsonot support.when i connect my phone to pc it is connect but in mass storage not in pc suit . i was cll customer care also but no response..........
    and third think isif we install any thing waya blututh it is ato meticaly stored in phone meorry and phone memory is too small so it is meaning less........................

    LAST YEAR SAMSUNG CAME WITH A SCHEME WITH THEIR LCD 32" TV MODEL AT A PRICE Rs29,000.00 WITH FREE DTH (AIRTEL) SET UPS AND A TATA PHOTON PLUS. FIRST OF ALL THEY DIDN'T GAVE THE FREE BEEIES. I PURCHASED THE PRODUCT DURING DIWALI 2010. I CONSTANTLY NAGGED BEHIND THEM SINCE THEN. ULTIMATELY AFTER MUCH TOM FOOLERY PLAYS, THEY GAVE THE DTH(AIRTEL) BUT THEY ASKED US FOR Rs500.00 FOR ACTIVATION CHARGES. I AM SURPRISED TO NOTE THAT IF THEY ARE CHARGING Rs500 AS ACTIVATION FEE THEN WHATS FREE BEEIES IN IT. ALREADY NOW A DAYS YOU GET OTHER DTHS AT AS LOW AS Rs300-400. ANY WAYS WE PAID Rs500 FOR DTH AIRTEL. NOW THE SECOND PART IS FURTHER MORE INTERESTING. ITS NOW OVER 5MONTHS THE SECOND FREE OFFER HAS NOT YET BEEN DELIVERED e.i. TATA PHOTON PLUS. THE DEALER IS SAYING THAT IF YOU TAKE TATA PHOTON PLUS THEN YOU HAVE TO PAY Rs1000 AS ACTIVATION FEE. I INFORMED THEM THAT AS I AM HAVING BROAD BAND CONNECTION IN MY HOME, SO YOU GIVE ME THE DATA CARD UNIT(DONGLE) I WILL SELL IT TO SOMEBODY OTHERS. THE DEALER SAID NO, FIRST YOU HAVE TO PAY Rs1000 THEN ONLY YOU WILL GET THE CONNECTION ACTIVATED AND THE DATA CARD UNIT. I AM SURPRISED TO NOTE THAT SAMSUNG HAS STARTED THE HAND TWISTING TECHNIQUE TO EXTRACT MONEY FROM CUSTOMERS. I CONTACTED THEIR SERVICE CENTER CALL CENTER TO REGISTER THE COMPLAIN. THEY NOTED SOMETHING AND SAID SOME ONE WOULD CONTACT YOU WITH IN A DAY OR TWO. BUT NO BODY TURNED UP TILL DAY EVEN AFTER 4 MONTHS.THEN I SOME HOW MANAGED TO GET THE NUMBER OF THEIR AREA MANAGER AT RAIPUR CG Mr. AMRITH MOB: +919993596271. I EXPLAINED HIM IN DETAILS TO HIM AND SAID THAT I DO NOT WANT TO GET THE FREE BEEIES FROM SAMSUNG, BUT WANT CASH AGAINST THE SAME e.i. Rs2500(MARKET PRICE OF TATA PHOTON +) FROM SAMSUNG. HE SAID OK HE WILL ARRANGE THE AMOUNT FOR ME. IT HAS BEEN OVER TWO AND HALF MONTHS THAT HE PROMISED ME TO PAY.BUT TILL DATE HE HAS NOT PAID ME. NOW WHEN I AM TRYING TO CONTACT HIM OVER HIS MOBILE HE IS DISCONNECTING THE CALLS EVEN. IT APPEARS THAT HE HAS A BAD INTENTION OF GARBING THE AMOUNT TO HIS OWN POCKET. I AM SURPRISED TO NOTE THE HAND TWISTING TECHNIQUES OF SUCH BIG COMPANIES LIKE SAMSUNG THAT THEY ARE APPLYING TO THE CUSTOMERS. I WOULD ALSO LIKE TO LAUNCH SAME TYPES OF COMPLAINT TO CONSUMER FORUMS, CONSUMER COURT, FACE BOOK, TWITTERS, LINKEDIN ALL SORTS OF SOCIAL NETWORK SYSTEM TO DEFAME THE COMPANY'S ATTITUDE AND INTENTION.

    This is to bring to your kind notice that I have purchased a mobile phone of Samsung GT-S-3335 metallic black (I.M.E. No. 354769/04/057833/0) from Tarun Cell Point on 09/03/2011. The display of mobile phone has not worked/ out of order on 15/03/2011. then I have gone to Ansh Communication, A-3&4, Devi Place, old Delhi Road, Prem Nagar opp. Raj Cinema, Gurgaon to deposit my mobile phone. He has promised to maintenance my mobile phone. I have visited thrice to the service centre for the mobile but he has not returned/maintenance my mobile phone and is showing lethargic view towards me .
    You are requested to kindly solve my problem as soon as possible.

    Sir,
    My name is bipin bejjenki and I have purchased a Samsung 46inch 6 series LCD TV from RK electronics in jubilee hills Hyderabad on 21-5 2009. I have gifted this TV to my father who insisted he wanted a Samsung brand because he has been using a Samsung TV for the past 20yrs and he was very happy with it. Unfortunately the TV I gifted to him has some problem in the picture screening, I have contacted the Samsung customer service center and they replied saying that the warranty has expired and I have to shed a huge sum of RS30, 000. The only reason I purchased a Samsung brand is because of its after sales service. Now I would request Samsung to put there hand forward and help my father who is a retied doctor in getting his TV repaired at the earliest.


    I would really appreciate Samsung if they could help me in this matter and prove the Samsung is always there for their customers.

    With deep regret and displeasure I would like to inform you that,I had bought a washing machine from m/s Ginoria,Mithapukhuri road, jorhat,Assam.I am very sorry about the fact that after purchasing the washing machine on 31st of may and after repeated reminders nobody to date have turned up to install and give demo. It is highly regretful that an organisation like samsung showing lack of responsibility and professionalism.

    Default Samsung mobile repair problem

    Hello,
    I purchased a samsung corby mate(GT-B3313) last year. it has stopped working now, and switches off and on automatically.
    I gave my phone to the samsung service center,after 3 days they said they have repaired it,. It was working at that time but the next day again the phone had the same problem. I had to go the center again and i told them that it had not been repaired,.they took it and again gave it back sayi after a few days saying its repaired. The next day again it switched off. I've given the phone for repair three times now and still the service center has not been able to repair my mobile.
    I am tired of running around the service center and highly disappointed with the services.

    i taken Samsung gt-s3310i recently i am using airtel past todays back my cell could not access the call duration money message. i interact with airtel customer care but they says that its a mobile setting option but i dont't know how it operate in my cell can you given solution for this

    Unhappy no proper functioning of wifi

    dear sir,
    i posses a samsung wave gt s-525 model mobile phone. in my mobile wi fi is not working properly since many days. i lodged a complaint they given me one BP NUM :8433987092..The problem is that when i need to connect to a wifi...my mobile phone is getting connected to the particular wireless network.. but the data is not getting....i have resetted my mobile...then same problem repeats....so i request u sir please kindly give me an solution for overcomming my problem
