Just before my marriage in April 2010, I bought a 32' Samsung LCD, Samsung Window AC and a Samsung Refrigrator from Future World, Jalandhar, an authorise dealer for Samsumg.

The moneti opened my LCD box in the presence of an SmasungService Engineer, we discovered that the bottom panel or stand of the LCD is broken and there is no way that we can install the LCD on stand. We have to get it wall mount. The service engineered informed the owner of Future World, Mr. Paramjeet Singh, of the same, and he assured us that he will replace us the part.

When we installed the AC, we discovered that the swing option of the AC is not working and we immediately complained the same to the shop.

It has been more then a 2 months, that we have been regularly follow up with the Future World and Mr. Paramjeet Singh and all we had till that nothing but excuses. He has even told us that company no longer make such model ( its funny cause we bought the model two month back and they were supposedly the best selling one at that time), talk to service people as he is not responsible and that they are only for sales and for service i shall go to serice guys r complained directly to SAMSUNG.

My request to anyone who read this is that if you are residing in JALANDHAR and looking forward to buy home appliances , do not approach FUTURE WORLD.
