Dear Sir,

I lodge a complaint regarding my newly purchased (dt.19/05/10) AC complaint no.- 8415095528 in which I mentioned to exchange the Ac because there was several problem occurred from the very next day of the installation like blower & motor both defective as per samsung engineer . I got a verbal commitment from samsung customer care that my AC will be change within 18/06/10, but still the position remain unchanged in the mean while again Samsung engineer(Mr. Mehtab) visited last Wednesday & also confirmed that motor & blower defective, still no response from the company like SAMSUNG an international brand.
I really felt cheated by the company & frustrated also because the whole summer days are passing & I m not able to enjoy AC because it was unoperated from the last 20 days (Purchaesd dt-19/05/10)I
AC purchased from NEXT showroom hazratganj lucknow they refused to change the AC from the very nexday of installatrion.
