I bought this camera ES70, 12.1 mega pixel, 5x zoom, in march 2010 hoping to get a great quality product that i personally associate with samsung.

The picture quality, when seen on the camera's lcd looks great and thats what made me never even doubt the product, but when transferred to the computer, its so horrible that initially for many weeks it made me feel that there was something i didnt understand about its settings.

Despite all my efforts, the picture does not come even near to the quality produced by my old kodak(bought in 2006) at any resolution.

I have no idea if the product is basically bad or i got a bad piece.Imagine, I had a choice between SAMSUNG, SONY and NOKIA and i chose what seems to be the worst.

Is there any solution to this problem?

Hi, I'm planning to buy this camera also because when i tested it in store the pictures appeared on LCD were all amazing! But according to your experience, when the pictures are in the pc it looked horrible. So now i'm very confused about buying this camera. I want to buy this camera to take pictures and upload it to facebook. IF it's not good in pc so in facebook also.

I bought Samsung camera ES55 one year back, and used only twice, because of the worst image quality that captures in it,
I m really upset eventhough i got better review rating in net about this product, can any one help to upgrade this product?
