We have lodged a complaint with samsung customer care call centre on 17-11-2011 with regard to samsung washing machine (fully automatic-top load) model no WA85VPLEC/XTL. The machine is bought on 04.03.2010 and is well with in warranty period.
The coplaint is that the draining of water is not functioning. They have lodged the complaint with ticket number: 8437573824.
The person on the phone replied that it will be attended in two days. The technician came and after seeing the machine said that some part is needed and it will be brought in another two days.
But till now the coplaint is not attended nor any one is responding. every time when we call the call centre, they reply that our complaint is in process and will be attended shortly.
We would like to submit that, we do not have any servant maid and in this winter season it is becoming very difficult for us to clean the clothes. Apart from that the mental agony we are facing.
Now, we request you lodge a consumer coplaint on our behalf and provide us justice in this regard.
