Sub:My Complain Number : 8418110845 dated 24.11.2010

I purchased a 26 Inches Samsung LCD ON 07 November,2010 from Aman Electronics ,New Delhi. On 11 Nov,2010 on visit of your Engineer itself we told that there is a Problem in set, which he was unable to detect. On subsequent two complains also where your engineers visited my Place, there were unable to fix the Problem and rather blamed us that it was due to Loose connection.

It was only when i Personally Visited Sec-31 Service Centre at Gurgaon and Met Mr.Sushil Kumar, a Senior technical person came to Visit and he said that Motherboard of My TV set is faulty. This was shocking as SMASUNG LCD'S are considered to be number one in Market.
This was after three Technical Persons had earlier visited and failed to detect same.

I asked my Set to be Replaced or my Money Refunded but since then in spite OF Repeated calls at Samsung Customer Service Numbers, no Response except Irritating Customer Care queries on My details.
