We have purchased a LCD tv 32 inch of samsung from NEXT Showroom sec 35 ChANDIGARH on 23.oct 2011.It was a patheitic experience of buying it as First of all there was no remote or other accessories in it and second the lcd was defective as there is no slot in which wires have to be coonected.When we contacted the shop dealer he said that it is a company mistake they will clear it.What the hell is this?

Are u providing these kind of services to your customers?We have gifted this lcd to someone and u cant imagine how much we are embrassed in front of those.till date that LCD has not been replaced.Now we will go to consumer court so that all the haarrasment and agony that the company has given us will pay off.
