I got a brand new LCD TV in the month of October 2009.It worked fine intially but after 3 months i found there is problem with the AV ports(Ports to which we connect the DVD player and DTH box).So i have raised a complaint(Complaint no:8413134758) in the last week of January 2010.After which a engineer has visted my home and said that a part has to be replaced and it takes 1 week of time to get the part replaced.I didn't got any response from them for the next 1 month and finally when i called back the service centre(BTM layout,Bangalore) they said they will replace the TV and it will take 10 days to get that replaced and nothing happend after which they started postponing the dates every time i call them,they either used to say that they are going to Reimburse that amount or replacing the TV,but nothing happend till date.It's now 85 days from the day of complaint registered and the issue was not solved.
I hope this can be the eye opening for the people who want to buy samsung products.
Please never buy any Samsung products.
