We are using samsung microwave since last three years we found some problem in it. We launched a complaint in samsung service centre 8401469845 on 26th august 2010. The engineer came to our home & check the problem and told the magnatone part was bad as told by the engineer, we asked him to replace the same but the part was not with him so he will bring this part from the office. Since that day we are following up with the numbers either the phone was not picked up and if it pics up the response was that your complaint will be attended today.
This has been their regular practice

kindly rectify the part or if not able to rectify your product kindly take this away as no use for us.
